Free in-person workshops supported by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) are being offered to 6-8 grade teachers. Participating teachers will be awarded with six professional development hours. The deadline for registration is April 26, 2024.

- Topics: water quality assessment, bioindicators, water pollution, water conservation
- Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs)
- June 6, 2024
- Topics: cyanobacteria, cyanotoxins, impacts of HABs Phytoplankton exercise
