All Public Session meetings are expected to begin at the time listed in varied locations on campus.  The location will be specified on the upcoming meeting agenda. Requests from members of the press or others to film, videotape, or audiorecord a Public Session must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to its scheduled start time.
