FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for admission through the EOF Program, you must
- Have resided in New Jersey for at least one year prior to submitting your admission’s application to MSU.
- Have received a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Demonstrate financial need by meeting the EOF financial guidelines.
Financial eligibility for EOF is based on family size and combined income of parents. An independent student (self-supporting) is eligible if his/her annual income is under $ 19,600.

EOF guidelines are automatically met when:
The student or his/her parents receive welfare.
The student lives with foster parents.
