The Facilities Maintenance and Engineering Department is responsible for utilities, trades, building repairs, and the cogeneration plant. Work is normally performed during the day shift; however, a large portion of the housekeeping is performed during shifts outside of the normal business day.

Request for maintenance work can be processed through the computerized work order system, known as The Maintenance Authority (TMA) at http://maintenancesrv.montclair.edu/home.html or call Facilities Service Desk at ext. 5444 for further information.

The Facilities Service Desk provides a single point of contact for facilities-related questions from members of the campus community. The Facilities Service Desk can be reached at ext. 5444 Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
