New Courses

New course proposals must be approved by the academic Department Curriculum Committee, Department Chair, College/School Curriculum Committee, College/School Dean and Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs. Forms for new course proposals are available on the Course Submissions/Course Actions Database in the “Forms” section of the Academic Affairs website.

Revisions to Courses

Course alterations must be approved by the academic Department Curriculum Committee, Department Chair, College/School Curriculum Committee, College/School Dean and Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs. Forms for course alterations are available on the Course Submissions/Course Actions Database in the “Forms” section of the Academic Affairs website.

NOTE: Course alterations must also be completed when changes are made to a Gen Ed 2002, Multicultural Awareness Requirement (MAR) or a Graduation Writing Requirement (GWR) course.

Course Master File

A master file of all approved courses can be found on the Course Submissions/Course Actions Database in the “Forms” section of the Academic Affairs website.
