The University has a vehicle that may be used by University Deans, Directors, and Department Heads for University business only. Availability of the vehicle is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be made by the intended driver and are to be scheduled a minimum of one week ahead of time with the Facilities Service Desk. A confirming email (letter) will be sent when vehicle availability has been determined.
