Who We Are/About Us
The Working Group on Equity and Inclusion is a network of scholars at Montclair State University with expertise in a variety of fields and disciplines. The Working Group aims to:
- Offer support and guidance on hiring at Montclair State, including strategies for designing job descriptions and recruitment plans for producing diverse short lists and hires.
- Take the lead in regularly providing helpful readings, offering suggestions, and hosting conversations that encourage us to understand each other and to listen to each other with empathy.
