Dr. Daniela Peterka-Benton, Director of the Global Center on Human Trafficking, published the co-edited book Human Trafficking and Disabilities in collaboration with Dr. Elizabeth Bowman, from Gallaudet University. The articles in this publication explore the intersection of disabilities and human trafficking, focusing on cognitive, developmental, sensory, and physical disabilities before, during, and after the trafficking experience. Anyone interested in this very important, yet understudied area, can purchase a copy here.
