Duo Secure…But Make It Aesthetic
Security doesn’t have to be clunky. With Duo Mobile you can verify your logins quickly and confidently – just open the app and use the code, wherever you are.
Why it’s a smarter choice:
- More secure – Harder for attackers to intercept than calls or texts.
- Reliable – Works even without cell service or WiFi.
- Fast – Get your code instantly in the app.
- Travel-friendly – Works anywhere without extra charges.
Quick Cyber Safety Tips for the Semester
- Use strong, unique passwords for each service (and turn on your password manager!)
- Watch out for fake Duo MFA requests—don’t approve what you didn’t request
- Be cautious of job offers, urgent emails, or texts from unknown contacts
- All job offers at Montclair are available via Handshake
- Update your devices early in the semester—don’t delay security patches and software updates.
