WEATHER ALERT: The University is closed today, Friday, February 14, 2014. [Update: 11:30 a.m.]

Due to tonight's updated forecast for continued inclement weather, Montclair State University is officially closed today, Friday, February 14, 2014. All on-campus classes are cancelled. Fully online and hybrid classes remain on schedule.

Events/Activities: All Cali School of Music events, including The MSU Symphony Orchestra concert at Alexander Kasser Theater, to be held on Friday, February 14 at 7:30 p.m., remain on scheduled. All other on-campus activities and events are cancelled.

University Facilities employees: University Facilities essential employees should report for their regularly scheduled shifts unless informed otherwise by their supervisor. (Facilities employees should park in the Red Hawk Parking Deck, free of charge.)

Campus Shuttle Service: The campus shuttle bus service has resumed and will continue until 11:00 p.m. tonight.

Dining Services: Sam’s Dining Hall and Freeman Hall are open on a normal schedule. All retail dining venues and the University Hall Conference Center are closed. Check Dining Services website for exceptions.

Student Recreation Center: The Recreation Center will open at 11:00 a.m.

Children's Center: The Children's Center will be closed.

PLEASE NOTE: The University will reopen on a regular weekend schedule, Saturday, February 15. All scheduled classes and activities will be held.
