Montclair State Expands Program in Graphic Design

The College of the Arts and Department of Art & Design has launched a new “major” in Graphic Design. Long-standing as a “specialization” within the Studio concentration, Graphic Design is now, in addition, offered as an intensive stand-alone BFA degree. The program is grounded in a comprehensive curriculum based on the most current and proven teaching methodologies. It is designed to prepare students for professional careers as graphic designers, art directors, creative directors, and principals in graphic design studios, advertising agencies, and in-house design studios. The program also prepares students for graduate study in graphic design and related areas.
