Annual BFA Art Work Exhibition open through May 21

Montclair State University's annual BFA Exhibition will be on display in the University Gallery and Gallery One from Friday, May 7, to Friday, May 21.

This year's exhibition, free and open to the public, features art work from 16 students, including photography, sculpture, painting and installation, from traditional to the cutting edge.

Participating students are: Melinda Rae Beavers, Morris Plains; Michael John Blaskewicz, Old Tappan; Laurie J. Calabrese, Red Bank; Heather Campbell, Montclair; Jana Dene Castelli, Palisades; Norman Anthony Dapito, Bergenfield; Peggy Sue Delgado, Perth Amboy; Lisette Flores-Nieves, Jersey City; Kristen Lauren Gillespie, Keansburg; Michael John Laddey, Montclair; Chi C. Lo, Lake Hiawatha; Amelia Martinez, Little Falls; Danyelle Rose Pompeo, Manalapan; Julia Rose Proto, Little Ferry; Jeanne Schroeder, River Edge; and Wei-Biao Yan, Millburn.

There will be an opening reception in Life Hall and Gallery One on May 7 at 8 p.m., following the School of Arts Honors Convocation. Gallery hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
