In spite of the challenge presented by the continuing windy and cold conditions, the Physical Plant team has done a remarkable job in preparing the campus for reopening tomorrow morning, Monday, January 24, 2005. The University will be operating on a normal Monday schedule.
The Physical Plant team will be working throughout the night and during the day tomorrow to ensure the campus will remain safe for vehicular and pedestrian traffic, but you should exercise care since the mix of blowing snow and cold temperatures may cause new icy patches to develop and new snow drifts to form from time to time.
It is recommended that faculty, staff, and students:
- Use public transportation, if possible;
- Use the NJ Transit parking deck at the north end of campus on Clove Road - University shuttle buses will be stopping at the Transit Deck on a regular basis throught the day.
Once again, Montclair State University will reopen tomorrow morning, Monday, January 24, 2005 and will follow a normal Monday schedule.
