All paperwork for Spring 2012 is due no later than February 3, 2012 or prior to your first event. 

- Active Member Roster

- Updated Insurance Certificate

- If you are having Spring 2012 Intake you MUST submit:

  • Prospective New Member Roster
  • Intake Calendar
