Amici Club Annual Holiday Party

Lead by Neapolitan chef Michele Carannante, students learned how to make pizza.

The Montclair State Amici Club, the university’s only Italian American student organization, held their annual Holiday Party on December 10th, 2024, in Dinallo Heights. Sponsored by the Coccia Institute for the Italian Experience in America, students perfected their pizza-making skills through an instructor-led pizza class by Napoli-born chef, Michele Carannante.

Both students and community members enjoying their pizza creations while learning how to play Tombola.

While their creations were cooking in the oven, students also learned how to play Tombola, the beloved Italian-styled bingo games typically played during the holiday season. Between eating pizza and winning prizes at Tombola, a fun evening was had by all in attendance in celebration of the holiday season!
