Pasta Making

During the Fall 2025 semester, the Amici Club experimented in hosting pasta making sessions for club members and the campus community. During a general body meeting, with its focus on the Molise region, a history lesson was delivered by Professor Ferdinando Palumbo, whose family originates from Molise, and a hands-on cavatelli pasta demonstration was delivered by Amici Club Vice President, Chiara Cardone.

Having practiced and perfected their cavatelli, the Amici Club then translated their new skills in making fresh cavatelli during their annual Holiday Party in December 2025. The Amici Club taught other club members and the campus community how to make the iconic pasta. Attendees also tasted other homemade pasta dishes and enjoyed a stress-relieving evening before finals season began.
