Virginia Reynolds has been named Quality Manager for OneMontclair.
Virginia brings to Montclair 15 years’ experience leading global quality assurance (QA) and testing divisions for enterprise information technology (IT) divisions across a variety of industries, including software product, not-for-profit education, broadcast and cable media, and telecommunications. Her past experience includes leading QA divisions at The College Board, Viacom/MTV Networks, and GE/NBC Universal. Before joining the University, Virginia worked at Avaya where she led a global QA and Testing division of more than 60 people, oversaw a dynamic portfolio of concurrent, large-scale, multi-system implementations and had a purview of over 425 enterprise applications.
A frequent speaker at global conferences within her field, Virginia is known for her specific experience within enterprise corporate divisions in terms of refining the IT delivery methodology, managing IT QA teams, and for defining testing strategy for large-scale, integrated implementations. She holds certificates in ITIL v3 Foundations and in ISTQB – CTFL.
