The Computer Science Department at Montclair State University seeks adjunct faculty applicants to teach CSIT111: Fundaments of Programming I. The adjunct faculty member will work within a department of faculty dedicated to providing strong hands-on computer science and information technology instruction to a diverse range of learners. Course content includes: Syntax and semantics of the Java programming language, algorithms, software design, testing and documentation. Montclair State is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Institution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Earned PhD in Computer Science or Information Technology or closely related field. A record of successfully teaching fundamentals of programming in Java to undergraduate students is strongly preferred.

Salary Range:

Salary is determined by state contract.
