Registration for the fall '17 semester starts soon! Find out when you'll be registering and what courses are available.

Fall '17 Schedule and Catalog

The fall '17 catalog and schedule of courses is now available in NEST:

  • Log into NEST using your University NetID and password.
  • Navigate to the "Register For Classes" page.
  • Select "University Catalog of Courses," "University Schedule of Classes" or "Look Up Classes" from the "Registrar's Office Tools" portlet.
  • Select "University Catalog of Courses," "University Schedule of Classes" or "Look Up Classes" from the "Registrar's Office Tools" portlet.
  • Select "FALL 2017" from the "Search by Term" dropdown menu and begin exploring fall '17 courses!

Fall 2017 Registration Times

Note that registration times represent your first time to register, not the only time. You are not excused from class to register for classes. Registration times are based upon credits earned as of January 31, 2017. Your registration class level does NOT include currently enrolled credits.

Students in early priorities will register on Monday, April 17 at 9 a.m. Details will be emailed to those students the week of April 3.


Monday, April 17
(Levels reflect credits earned as of January 31, 2017)
11 a.m.: Graduate Degree seeking students who have earned 30 or more credits
12 p.m.: Graduate Degree seeking students who have earned 18.5 to 29.9 credits
1 p.m.: Graduate Degree seeking students who have earned 9 to 18.49 credits
2 p.m.: Graduate Degree seeking students who have earned 0 to 8.9 credits
3 p.m.: All other Graduate students, Students in certificate programs only and new Graduate students 4 p.m.: Non-Degree Graduate students


Tuesday, April 18
(Levels reflect credits earned as of January 31, 2017)
9 a.m.: Non-graduating seniors who have earned 116.5 or more credits
10 a.m.: Non-graduating seniors who have earned 106.5 to 116.49 credits
11 a.m.: Non-graduating seniors who have earned 98.5 to 106.49 credits
12 p.m.: Non-graduating seniors who have earned 90 to 98.49 credits


Wednesday, April 19
(Levels reflect credits earned as of January 31, 2017)
9 a.m.: Juniors who have earned 84.5 to 89.9 credits
10 a.m.: Juniors who have earned 81 to 84.49 credits
11 a.m.: Juniors who have earned 75.5 to 80.9 credits
12 p.m.: Juniors who have earned 72 to 75.49 credits
1 p.m.: Juniors who have earned 60 to 71.9 credits


Thursday, April 20

9 a.m.: Sophomores who have earned 56 to 59.9 credits
10 a.m.: Sophomores who have earned 49.5 to 55.9 credits
11 a.m.: Sophomores who have earned 42.5 to 49.49 credits
12 p.m.: Sophomores who have earned 37 to 42.49 credits
1 p.m.: Sophomores who have earned 30 to 36.9 credits


Friday, April 21

9 a.m.: Freshmen who have earned 28 to 29.9 credits
10 a.m.: Freshmen who have earned 25 to 27.9 credits
11 a.m.: Freshmen who have earned 14.5 to 24.9 credits
12 p.m.: Freshmen who have earned 6 to 14.49 credits
1 p.m.: Freshmen who have earned 0 to 5.9 credits


Wednesday, August 23
9 a.m.: Non-degree seeking Undergraduate students and Visiting students


Friday, September 1
9 a.m.: Senior Citizen Waiver Program and NJ State DOL (Department of Labor) Training Program students
