The influenza season is actively upon us and flu vaccination is the primary means of protection against the flu. UHC strongly encourages all members of our campus community to get a flu shot at any outside clinic, pharmacy or health care provider office or at the University Health Center.

Flu shots are available by appointment at the University Health Center. Call 973-655-3459 to make an appointment at UHC. The cost of the flu shot is $18.00.   

Employees must pre-pay at the Student Accounts office using the form below. Proof of payment and an employee ID is required.

Students can pre-pay using the form below and bring proof of payment, use Red Hawk Dollars (not flex dollars), or pay at a later date. Registration holds are applied to the student account until payment is made. A student ID is required.

For pre-payment, print out and complete the form below, bring form and payment to Student Accounts, and bring receipt to your appointment.
