Dr. Melissa Gutworth, Associate Professor of Management at the Feliciano School of Business, was recently featured in WalletHub’s article about the 2024 job market and how job seekers can improve their chances of success in finding new or better jobs in 2024.  Dr. Gutworth anticipates an increase of jobs in analytics and AI which means “employees who know how to manage, analyze, and visually present data will definitely have a leg up in the market.” She also emphasized expanding job searches beyond local geographic areas since many companies now have fully remote job opportunities.
