Breaking Barriers: Osman Berke Bolel Becomes First Montclair State Student to Pass CFA Level II Before Graduation

Congratulations to recent graduate of the Feliciano School of Business student, Osman Berke Bolel, for being the first Montclair State University Student to pass the CFA Institute’s Level II exam before graduation!
The CFA Institute is a global organization that provides finance education for investment professionals. The CFA exam consists of three parts – Level I, Level II, and Level III. They test the knowledge and skills of financial analysts, each level of the curriculum building on the prior level, becoming increasingly complex.
With a 39% pass rate for the November 2024 exam, this marks a highly significant achievement for Bolel as he goes on to conquer the Level III exam. Bell’s inspiring past nine months balancing an internship, college classes, a part-time job, and the intense CFA Level II exam preparation exemplifies dedication and is an incredible milestone in his career journey.
