Jackie brings over 30 years of professional experience working with businesses on strategic initiatives to attract top talent. She began her recruiting career as an entrepreneur, founding an employment agency for professionals across a variety of businesses, which she successfully grew over the course of seven years. At the same time, Jackie taught evening business classes at Hudson County Community College as an Adjunct, and then Assistant Professor.  

Following her time as a business owner, she moved to the Corporate world in Finance, where she began working in Human Resources at Salomon Brothers.  Upon Salomon’s merger with Smith Barney and ultimately Citibank in 1997, Jackie transitioned into the Corporate Talent Acquisition space, where she fine-tuned her recruiting, management and leadership expertise at the regional and global levels. She retired from Citi in 2021 after a 32-year career, during which her comprehensive experience covered the full cycle of recruiting – – from employer branding, sourcing, selection and assessment to diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.  Under her leadership, her North and South America teams collectively filled over 25,000 positions annually. 

Jackie is a transformational leader, well known and respected for her relationship-building skills, strategic approach to problem-solving and ability to drive impactful results. She has a deep passion for and commitment to mentoring professional women at all stages of their careers and served for many years as a founding member of the professional organization Citi Women.  As a subject matter expert on career-building, she has been invited to speak at numerous events, both Corporate and in Academia.
