Michele Ansbacher ’80
Chair, Feliciano School of Business Advisory Board, Executive in Residence
Michele Ansbacher is chair of the advisory board of the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University and holds the position of Executive-in-Residence. Her involvement with students includes teaching courses on leadership and ethics, guest lecturing, and mentoring.
Michele began her career at Prudential in the company’s prestigious Management Development Program. Over the years, she drove revenue in multiple business groups across the company and built many new and innovative programs. In her last role at Prudential Advisors, Michele was the Eastern Territory Vice President, overseeing the leading territory in the country in insurance sales and marketing initiatives.
Prior to her appointment as the Eastern Territory Vice President, she was Vice President, Corporate Compliance, and led the company’s global ethics program as the Corporate Chief Ethics Officer. Previously, she was Vice President of Field Support responsible for strategy, marketing, communications and financial planning to support advisors nationwide. She retired from Prudential Financial as a Corporate Vice President. Michele was named among the 2019 Top 25 Entrepreneurs/Intrapreneurs in New Jersey by Leading Women Entrepreneurs and was also recognized as the 2020 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient for the Feliciano School of Business.
