The New Jersey Water Environment Association (NJWEA) accepts applications until March 1, 2019.

The Scholarship Awards Program is named in honor of Dr. Raymond M. Manganelli, former Professor of Environmental Science at Rutgers University, and former Chair of the Association’s Student Programs and Scholarship Awards Committees. NJWEA scholarship awards are available each year, with over 28 awards totaling an annual value of $71,500. These awards are intended for both graduate and undergraduate students, including those attending county colleges, and technical schools, as well as high school seniors.
