Where did our conceptions of witches come from? Why are they a part of Halloween and broader cultural history? What can we learn from depictions of witches in literature and film?

All students and staff are welcome to attend a discussion of witches in Salem and Shakespeare with Dr. Monika Elbert and Dr. Naomi Liebler starting at 4 PM before opening up the discussion in other directions.

Arrive at 3:30 to eat FREE candy and show off your costume.
