Professor Tricia Matthew’s Essay A Best American Essays “Notable”

The English Department’s Professor Tricia Matthew, who is currently a University of Buffalo CDI Distinguished Scholar, has two exciting new accomplishments: her Lapham’s Quarterly essay “Look Before You Leap” was listed as a “notable” one in this year’s Best American Essays, and she has been elected as a regional NY/NJ delegate by the Modern Language Association.
