Program Completion Requirements

The program awards a verification statement upon completing program requirements:

  • Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised practice with an average grade of “3” or “Satisfactory” in all rotations.
  • Satisfactory completion of all didactic component requirements.
  • Completion of two graduate courses (six credits) with a minimum grade of “B”.
  • Passing a mid-point and a final exam with a minimum grade of 70%.
  • Tuition paid in full
