Health and Wellness
All students, both graduate and undergraduate, at Montclair State University are able to use the campus’ facilities related to keeping and living a healthy lifestyle: the University Health Center (UHC) and the Student Recreation Center. Students enrolled at Montclair State pay a mandatory fee that which covers basic UHC and Student Recreation Center operational costs.
University Health Center (Blanton Hall)
Located on the ground level of Blanton Hall, the University Health Center is accessible for all students to enter. The University Health Center (UHC) is a comprehensive outpatient health care facility serving all registered Montclair State students which functions in the same manner as a private medical office. UHC offers a multitude of different services for Montclair State’s students including diagnosis/treatment of illnesses or injuries, immunizations, contraception, STI and HIV screenings, gynecological care, and much more.

The Student Recreation Center features two levels equipped with different exercise machines, weights, stretch areas, and more. It, also, is home to a pool, an indoor track, and one of our Commuter Pit Stops (insert link).
