Robert D. McCormick Center for Child Advocacy and Policy
The McCormick Center is proud to present its exemplary programs in Child Advocacy and Policy.
Together, we are redefining child advocacy as its own profession, encompassing many disciplines such as law, sociology, psychology, and social work, among others.
There has always been a need to stand up for the rights of children.
Countless children and families are vulnerable to conditions such as
disease, substance abuse, domestic violence, and child abuse and neglect. Child Advocates are now being more readily recognized for their important contributions
in the lives of these children and families. We are excited that you are furthering your education in such a noble profession. We are the voice of children.
We are committed to making this a better educational experience for you. Please feel free to provide your suggestions for program improvements.
