The Coccia Institute was thrilled to collaborate with Watchung Booksellers in presenting James Beard award winning author, Vicky Bennison on Wednesday, November 2nd at 7pm at Wachung Booksellers. Based on the hit YouTube series, Vicky Bennison connects nostalgia and delicious, rich history in “Pasta Grannies,” a cookbook line dedicated to preserving the stories and recipes of Italian grandmothers.
Moderated by Coccia Institute Director, Mark Rotella, the event featured a lively discussion on Vicky Bennison’s newest cookbook “Pasta Grannies: Comfort Cooking,” followed by a Q&A session with audience members and a special book signing by the author herself.
