The Graduate School Dean’s Advisory Board consists of student representatives serving their colleges to advise the Graduate Dean on student-related topics from around the University. The Dean’s Advisory Board is composed of a varied group of graduate and doctoral students and represent the diversity of Montclair State’s students. Meetings are held twice in the fall and twice in the spring. Students who are selected to participate in the Dean’s Advisory Board will be given the opportunity to represent their program and the University through various mediums, including on-campus events, written testimonials, and student panels. Advisory Board positions are for a term of one academic year. An email is sent to all graduate and doctoral students late in the summer asking for interested students to apply.
