Self Help Screenings

These screenings are designed to help determine possible problem areas. Click on the link below to go to access each screening. If your screening is positive, it might be helpful to seek services from a mental health professional. CAPS is open from 9am-5pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:30am -4:30pm on Friday.
