The online application is suitable for applicants to all programs and statuses.

After submitting your application, you will receive a follow-up email with the option to pay the non-refundable application fee on-line. Applicants may also pay the non-refundable application fee via check or money order, made payable to Montclair State University.

You may also use the link above to check the status of your application and determine what credentials have been received. This will help you monitor the progress of your application.

Doctoral Application

The paper application is for the Mathematics Pedagogy only. However, applicants to this program are strongly encouraged to use the online application.

Doctoral Programs Application

Applicants to Pedagogy and Philosophy, Environmental Management, Audiology, Teacher Education and Teacher Development and Counselor Education must apply using the online application. You can access the on-line application by clicking the “Begin the Application” button.
