You may pay your term bill in person or online with cash, check, money order, E-check, or credit card. For information about our payment plans and paying your term bill, go to the payment options section of the Office of Student Accounts website.

- Electronic Resources
The MSU Sprague Library provides access to a wide variety of electronic databases, articles, and video/audio streaming. For more information, visit the library website.
- eReserves
Electronic Reserves (eReserves), are online resources located in the MSU Blackboard Course Management System. eReserves provide web access to course-related readings and other materials selected by instructors. For more information on eReserves, visit the MSU Sprague Library website.
- Citation Tools
Citations allow the reader to retrace an author's research. Therefore, electronic as well as other kinds of citations should be as complete as possible. Completeness in electronic citation means including the complete address of the site, the date the page was loaded or refreshed by the webmaster, and the date you viewed it. There are a few citation searching resources available to you. For more information, review the services section on the MSU Sprague Library website.
Technology support for students in online programs:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - Midnight (EST)
- Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (EST)
Students can reach the University Helpdesk for support related issues including assistance with Blackboard during these hours at 973-655-7971, Option 1.
MICROSOFT OFFICE - Software Purchase
Students that are part of the Educational Leadership or Child Advocacy and Policy online degree program are eligible to download and purchase academic software at a discounted rate. In order to utilize the Montclair State Web Store please use your NetID and password.
