- In order to view Montclair State University’s bidding opportunities, Suppliers must utilize Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS). WSS is the software platform implemented by the University to manage the bidding process, and serves as the official source for Suppliers to participate in bidding projects. The Supplier must utilize WSS for bid-related matters, including, but not limited to, document retrieval, submitting bid questions/inquiries, retrieving Addenda, and submission of Proposal.
