Bid Proposals: The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal (RFP) 1648 Window Treatments: 852 Valley Road by January 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.

Scope of Work Overview: This Request for Proposal is to provide and install window treatments at 852 Valley Road, Montclair, NJ 07043. The location of window treatments shall include selected windows in the dining room, library, and living room. The product types include tailored pleat drapes, and flat roman shades.

Bidder MUST DEMONSTRATE AND PROVIDE, in its proposal, successful past performance experience on a minimum of three (3) projects completed within the last five (5) years that are similar, or larger in scope, size, and complexity to the work described under this RFP and Project Material. Bidder may include, as evidence of past performance experience, any project completed that encompassed equivalent work (such as construction of a building that included window treatment services). The Bidder should provide the following information for each project listed:

• Description of Work Performed or Oversaw as specific to window treatment services.
