Water helps boost your concentration, especially important as a college student. Recent studies show that even a minor amount of dehydration can result in more frequent errors in judgment, decreased memory skills, and poor attention span. So make sure you drink water when you wake up, with your meals and in the evening. Don’t wait for thirst to motivate you – that’s a later sign of dehydration.
