The OFE is honored that our “360° Support for Adjuncts Initiative” is a 2025 winner of the Delphi Award, earning national recognition for our work supporting adjunct faculty in their onboarding, professional development, inclusion, and sense of belonging. OFE has spearheaded collaborative efforts to provide adjunct faculty with the information they need to support the University’s mission, honor their own professional values, and cultivate their connection to the University.
