Sprague Library holds many workshops to help students and faculty make the most of what the library has to offer!

Frequent workshops include:

  • Library 101 and Library 101: Graduate Edition, introductions to the library and research at varying levels that cover everything from databases to interlibrary services
  • Getting Started with EndNote, hands-on workshops on how to organize and manage your citations with EndNote
  • Faculty Edition Workshops, geared towards faculty needs with topics such as journal rankings and metrics, embedding library resources in Canvas, and designing effective research assignments

And many more! If you have an idea for another workshop, e-mail Siobhan McCarthy at mccarthys@montclair.edu. Be sure to check out our “Upcoming Events” section on the library homepage as well as the Sprague Library Calendar to find out about and sign up for future events. All workshops take place virtually. We hope to see you online!
