On Wednesday, November 11 at 2pm, Professor Alfredo Toro Carnevali of the Political Science & Law Department will discuss the dangers inherent in the militarization of space with regard to a potential nuclear conflict, and the role of international organizations (and treaties) in mitigating these issues.
