Submit Your Publication Information
You are invited to submit your publications to be recognized in the Montclair State University Authors Program. All employees of Montclair State University are welcome, including faculty, staff, adjuncts and Emeriti faculty.
2025 Submission Deadline: January 31, 2026
Publications and works will be featured in the University’s institutional repository, Digital Commons. Everyone who has submitted their work, as well as those wishing to celebrate these achievements, are invited to a reception to connect, discuss their creations, and enjoy each other’s company.

Categories of Works
- Author or co-author of a monograph or textbook or exhibit catalog.
- Translator or co-translator of a monograph or textbook or exhibit catalog.
- Editor or co-editor of an edited volume or textbook or exhibit catalog.
- Artist/composer/performer/producer of a commercially published or publicly performed musical or theatrical work.
- Catalogs of exhibitions in the University Galleries.
- Non-traditional scholarly works on a case-by-case basis
Translations of a book you have authored or co-authored are only accepted if a program in that language is offered by the University.
