operations Jessica St. Clair Jessica St. Clair joins us as the Service-Learning Program Coordinator to further the work of incorporating service-learning and civic engagement into the curriculum at Montclair State University. She received her BA in American Studies and Psychology and her MA in Human Development at the University of Kansas, where she directed the Office of Service-Learning and chaired the Center for Community Outreach Board. Jessica has also worked with a number of nonprofit organizations, including the Douglas County United Way and the Kansas Non Profit Association. Pauline Allen When visitors and callers contact MSU's Service-Learning Program, they are often greeted by Pauline Allen. As Program Assistant for the Service-Learning Program, Pauline provides administrative support to the University's Service-Learning and America Reads Programs. She continuously fosters positive relationships with service-learning faculty, community partners and students. Pauline received her BA in English from Upsala College and her MA in Sociology from Montclair State University. She has several years experience in Human Resources. Sherry C. White As a Campus-Community Coordinator, Sherry primarily coordinates the
Wallerstein Services to Seniors Center and provides strategies to MSU
Service-Learning students, who serve and care in geriatric agencies.
Additionally, she serves as a field liaison to sites in order to identify
assets and needs. She has professional experience working in Baltimore
City Housing & Community Development. Sherry has interned at Baltimore
City Department of Planning and S.E.I.U. 1199 Union. She is in graduate
school to pursue a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; her
professional interests include working with the language deficient and
children. Her current interests include youth development, health &
wellness, and volunteerism. |
