The STEM Advantage
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) designated degree programs provide participants with highly desirable capabilities and the confidence to tackle modern business challenges using analytical tools and processes. International students benefit by eligibility for up to 36 months of optional practical training (OPT), following graduation.

Weeknights
The Live Blended Weeknight MBA Program format gives you the option to earn your General MBA in as few as 21 months, or pursue concentrations for a 24-month program length. The program enables you to learn the way you work and live today, both in an in-person and online environment, in real time. The in-person MBA class is taught at our New Jersey campus.

Working professionals will benefit from the Hybrid Saturday MBA. By combining an in-person experience with asynchronous (online) learning, the program strikes the perfect balance between structure and flexibility. Students attend Saturday MBA classes twice a month.
We offer a 100% online Master’s in Business Analytics and a 100% online MBA program (with a choice of seven unique specializations) that will help pave the way to career success and provide graduates with a competitive advantage in today’s global marketplace.
Designed for recent graduates and early career professionals, students in this program can obtain their MBA degree in just 1 year and are prepared for the workforce through immersive career development experiences. Core MBA courses are enhanced by lessons in leadership and live consulting and internship projects
The offsite hybrid MBA program is offered at the Union College of Union County, NJ’s Scotch Plains campus. The program combines an in-person experience with asynchronous (online) learning. Students living or working in or near Union County will benefit from the convenience of this location. Students attend in-person MBA classes just one evening per week and complete online content.
