In collaboration with Sprague Library, The Office of Health Promotion is providing Mindfulness Meditation via Zoom this summer! Open to all who are interested in learning about meditation and developing mindfulness in daily life, we hope you join us on Mondays, from 1-2 p.m., Zoom. No experience necessary! Let’s Meditate.
