Booking Procedures

To ensure a smooth experience, complete the following steps to book your event

Contact the Housing Services Coordinator, Malini Som at somm@mail.montclair.edu or 973-655-6800

 Complete the pre-registration form to tell us a little more about your anticipated stay with us.

Return a certificate of insurance (if applicable).

Return a typed registration roster with the name, address, and emergency contact phone number for each guest.

Confirm all information with Montclair State University, Office of Residence Life including arrival date and time, departure date and time, the number of participants and the number of single and double occupancy rooms that will be needed. It is recommended to confirm dining, parking and conference room or field reservations with the appropriate office prior to arrival.
