Service Requests

Room/Suite/Apartment Work Orders

If you are experiencing a facilities-related issue within your room/suite/apartment, please submit a work order through the Maximo work order system. Issues to submit work orders for include the following:

  • Plumbing (clogged toilets/drains, leaks, water problems)
  • Carpentry (loose/broken towel bars, toilet paper holders, window issues)
  • Moving Crew (broken/missing furniture, bed height adjustments)
  • HVAC (heating, air conditioning, ventilation issues)
  • Housekeeping – Pest Control (extermination for bugs)

For issues related to locks and keys to your room/suite/apartment, please contact your Community Director for assistance.

If you are unsure of how to submit a work order, please visit your residence halls’ front desk/office or ask your Residence Assistant.

Additional support is available for facilities-related issues by contacting our facilities staff.

  • For Freeman, Russ, Stone, Bohn, Blanton, Hawk Crossings, Sinatra and the Village:

Cable Television Issues

Laundry Equipment Service Requests

When using the laundry room and noticing an issue with a washer and/or dryer, you can report the issue directly to our laundry vendor, TediMatts. To do so, call 1-888-246-4545 or send an email to service@tedimatts.com.

All issues should also be reported to your residence hall Community Director and/or Resident Assistant.

Internet/WiFi Issues

If you are experiencing issues connecting to the internet/WiFi within your room, please contact the Division of Information Technology (DIT) for assistance.
