The Department of Art and Design offers rigorous bachelor’s and master’s degree programs including more than 25 areas of study. The program supports a rich Montclair State University liberal arts education while fostering personal vision and artistic growth. With courses in everything from Animation to Sculpture, the possibilities for creative expression are limited only by your imagination.
The Department of Art and Design offers four academic degrees plus Teacher Certification at the graduate level:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)
- Master of Arts (MA)
- Master of Fine Arts (MFA)
- Teacher Certification
