Progress Not Perfect is a supportive group for students who struggle with procrastination, attention, time management, perfectionism, and frustration that can lead to late or incomplete assignments. Come build your executive functioning skills while getting things done alongside others who “get it.”
Group format:
- Quick check-in/intros
- Executive functioning skill-building activities
- One hour dedicated to working on assignments, planning, or adulting tasks in a supportive, accountability focused environment
Come as you are– the focus is progress, not perfection.
When: Mondays at 3pm for 90minutes (fall 2026).
