KORU Mindfulness

Koru Mindfulness

Koru is a four-class, evidence-based, program specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and meditation as a way to manage stress and reduce anxiety. Koru is open to all Montclair State students. Students will learn specific skills that help calm and focus your mind, including breathing exercises, guided imagery, body scan, and more!  Participants must commit to all 4 in-person sessions.

Time/Location:

Section 1 Mondays (3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8) from 11:15a.m. -12:30p.m. at CAPS in Russ Hall
